Thanks to a 60-1 record Jade Cargill has become one of AEW’s biggest homegrown talents. However, following her one defeat she has taken a hiatus from the company, and while it isn’t known what she was taking the break for, many fans have been clamoring for her return, with one taking to Twitter to ask her outright if she’ll be back soon, to which she simply replied “No.”
Obviously, this news comes as a blow to her fanbase, yet she likely has a good reason for stepping away from the ring for such a time period. Nevertheless, considering how prominent she has been on AEW television her absence can only be considered a significant loss for the promotion especially with Collision having since launched. Although it will allow others to step up, and several new opponents could await her when she returns.
