Jacob Fatu looks destined for the top, with it appearing that the only thing that can stop him is himself. However, in an example of him causing unwanted attention, the WWE star has received a great deal of fan backlash on social media after repeatedly using the n-word in his new track titled “Hello,” which also features his uncle Rikishi. And while many have come to Fatu’s defence because he is Samoan, one fan on X stated, “Just cause Rock’s dad is black, they really think all Samoans get the pass.”
33-year-old Fatu finished with MLW in February 2024, and it became known that he had signed with WWE shortly before WrestleMania due to his cancellation of bookings. Subsequently, he would debut for the company on the June 21 episode of SmackDown, taking out Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens, firmly establishing himself in the eyes of fans as a genuine threat. Therefore, many consider it only a matter of time before he is classed as a main eventer, having already won and lost the United States Championship.
