Hulk Hogan sadly died on July 24, 2025, at the age of 71, with his official cause of death being a heart attack. Additionally, his medical records also noted he had been battling chronic lymphocytic leukemia and atrial fibrillation. However, during a recent interview with the Double3 Coverage Podcast, fellow wrestling legend Ric Flair claimed his friend really died due to “street drugs.”
According to Flair, Hogan’s family had to source painkillers after doctors cut him off, and this is what actually killed him. And while this has shocked the wrestling world, Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, has now disputed this, telling TMZ, “That didn’t happen at all.“
Daily was 71-year-old Hogan’s third wife, with the loved-up couple having gotten engaged in July 2023 and married in an intimate ceremony in September of that year. Still, while Hogan’s son Nick was there, it was noted that his daughter Brooke didn’t attend, which was the first indication that she had decided to distance herself from her family. Subsequently, it would come out that Brooke had cut ties with her family that year, although it is now known she has been in regular touch with Sky following her father’s death.
