While Vince McMahon was forced to resign from TKO Group Holdings in disgrace following Janel Grant’s shocking lawsuit allegations, he still owns a vast amount of company shares. However, an SEC filing on Monday has now revealed he is selling 5.35 million shares, equal to roughly $412 million in cash. Therefore, this leaves the shamed billionaire owning around 9% of the company as he previously sold 8.4 million shares for $700 million last November.
78-year-old McMahon is one of the most influential people in pro wrestling history, having taken WWE global and wiped out most of his competition. Yet it now appears his legacy will forever be tainted by accusations of sexual misconduct and abuse of power unless he can somehow prove his innocence in the coming months and years.
