Harley Cameron first got into pro wrestling thanks to her husband, Daniel Vidot, who previously worked for WWE under the ring name Xyon Quinn. Together, they moved from Australia to the United States, and while he was part of NXT, she would work indies and then sign with AEW. However, during a virtual autograph signing with Highspots, Cameron has confirmed that they have since divorced, calling her marriage “a closed chapter of my life.”
“My ex-husband, my ex-partner, it’s okay, it’s okay. Wish him well, nothing bad to say, but yes, that is a closed chapter of my life.”
When Cameron first moved to the US, she initially intended to pursue a career as a singer and model, but she soon became a ring girl for the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. Yet, in 2021, she decided to pursue an in-ring career by training at Shawn Spears and Tyler Breeze’s Flatbacks Wrestling School, which led to her catching AEW’s attention thanks to her good looks, charisma, and willingness to learn the business.
