Bill Goldberg Begins Teasing His Next WWE Match

Bill Goldberg signed a three-year deal for two matches per year in early 2020. This year’s commitment has been fulfilled, but we are only 77 days away from 2021. It now looks like WWE may be looking to go back to their original WrestleMania 36 Universal Championship match idea, but this time with Goldberg challenging Reigns.

Goldberg began teasing this by posting on Instagram that he’ll be part of the WWE ThunderDome tonight to watch the Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman match on SmackDown.

To say I have “INTEREST” in tonight’s #UniversalChampionship match on @wweonfox #SmackDown is an understatement! @adamscherr99 @romanreigns 😡 I’ll be joining the #WWEThunderDome TONIGHT for the season premiere

Goldberg was expected to drop the Universal Championship to Reigns at WrestleMania, but it was changed to Strowman when Reigns decided to go home after The Miz turned up unwell.
