GoFundMe Launched To Cover Funeral Costs For Son Of WWE Hall Of Famer

In heartbreaking news, a GoFundMe campaign has had to be launched to help cover the funeral costs of Daniel Moody, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Paul Bearer. The independent wrestler, who performed as DJ Pringle, was just 39 years old at the time of his passing earlier this week and was the last surviving member of his immediate family, having already lost his mother, Dianna, in 2009, his father in 2013, and his brother Michael in 2014. According to the GoFundMe page, which was originally created to help with medical bills, Moody had been battling ongoing health difficulties and had been hospitalized last year.

Daniel Moody, aka DJ Pringle, needs your help. Daniel went in the hospital, on November 7th of last year for a procedure and suffered a major health crisis and is now in long term care. My wife and I have been helping his daughter, Danielle, take care of his insurance premiums but the bills are piling up. We need help to make sure he gets the best of care. Following in his father’s footsteps, Moody debuted in 2004–2005 on the Gulf Coast independent wrestling scene. Trained by his dad, he competed for several promotions, including the Southern Wrestling Alliance, X-Generation Wrestling, and SPW, where he captured the SPW Heavyweight Championship in 2007. Billed as “The Future Legend,” he worked both tag team and singles matches across Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida, though he had been largely inactive in recent years.
