Former WWE Wrestler Signed With Impact Wrestling At Final Resolution (w/Video)

Impact Wrestling always has a fluid roster, and following the news that Deonna Purrazzo is departing the company to explore free agency, it has now been confirmed that Trent Seven has signed with them. During Saturday night’s Final Resolution event, the British wrestler teamed with “Speedball” Mike Bailey in an impromptu match against The Rascalz and afterward was offered a contract by Impact Wrestling President Scott D’Amore, which was signed in the ring.

42-year-old Seven was previously with WWE between 2016 and 2022, appearing on both NXT and NXT UK, holding both brands’ tag championships with Tyler Bates. Yet, when it was announced in August 2022 that WWE was rebranding NXT UK to NXT Europe at a future date, he was among the multiple wrestlers released from their contracts. Subsequently, he would go on to complete twice for AEW in December 2022 but failed to earn a contract at the time.
