Dakota Kai is currently coming to terms with her second WWE release, which occurred in May. Yet while this is obviously a huge career blow, it appears she is still living her best life, having found love with fellow former WWE talent Eddy Thorpe. And now Thorpe has shared a recently taken photo of his BAE on Instagram, in which Dakota looks almost unrecognizable, showcasing her natural hair and seemingly wearing less makeup.
37-year-old Kai, real name Cheree Crowley, first worked for WWE in 2015 and signed a contract with the company the following year. From there, she became an NXT regular and looked set for big things before being unexpectedly released in 2022. Nevertheless, her time away from the company would be short, as after Triple H took over creative and talent relations, one of his first actions was to re-sign her and unite her with Bayley and Iyo Sky to form the original version of Damage CTRL.
