EC3 Shares Shocking Story About Velveteen Dream’s Past Behavior When They Were Together In NXT

Last month Patrick Clark Jr, better known as Velveteen Dream, was arrested twice. The first time was on August 20 for battery and trespassing and then on August 26 for possession of drug paraphernalia. Due to this, it’s believed he is currently behind bars due to a probation violation. And now EC3, who previously worked with Dream in NXT, has shared a shocking story from their time in developmental. Claiming that when he invited his fellow wrestler over to his home for a party, Dream set up a camera in his bathroom to film the men urinating. And when quizzed about whether this could have been accidental, EC3 doubted it due to where the phone was set up.

In NXT, there was always, you know, some speculation about him being a little off. But you know, you welcome that, and you could be friends, and we had a party, and it was at my place, and you know he came over because I’m being friendly and I’m you know, a top guy, and I try to welcome everybody into a thing, and he left his phone in my bathroom with the camera on trying to capture people taking p*sses, so there.

How did I know? Because it’s my bathroom, and I walk in there, and I see a phone selfie-style propped up, filming where if somebody is going to take a pee, they would have their phallus out urinating into the water.

WWE released Dream on May 20, 2021, due to the troubling allegations about him regarding minors not going away, thanks to the #FireVelveteenDream. And while it should be noted that the court of public opinion quickly found Clark guilty, he was never arrested, and WWE says they investigated the allegations internally and cleared him. Yet this wouldn’t matter to many fans as his attempted comeback was short-lived, with the first indie promotion to book him announcing he was off the show within two hours due to the adverse reaction. So considering this, his recent arrest, and EC3’s story, it seems incredibly unlikely WWE or any other major promotion will ever consider hiring him.
