ROH’s current Women’s Pure Champion Deonna Purrazzo has unfortunately suffered a great deal of body shaming throughout her wrestling career because she isn’t a size zero. And now, while speaking on GabbyAF, the former TNA Knockout has opened up about the relentless body shaming she endures online, noting that after making her AEW return in 2024, all fans cared about was “what my body looked like.“
31-year-old Deonna Purrazzo broke into the business in 2013 after training under Damian Adams and Rip Rogers. Subsequently, she gained prominence on the independent circuit and in ROH before joining WWE. And while her time with WWE was far from memorable because management did not believe she was ready for television, she would go on to excel in Impact Wrestling, which opened the door to becoming All Elite.
