Dakota Kai is currently unable to wrestle after tearing her ACL back in May; however, she does remain on WWE television due to her association with the Damage CTRL stable. And now, with it being a new year, she has seemingly decided to kick it off with an updated look after revealing a striking new hairdo via her Instagram Stories.
35-year-old Kai, real name Cheree Crowley, first worked for WWE in 2015 and signed a contract with the promotion the following year. From there, she would become an NXT regular and looked set for big things before being unexpectedly released in 2022. Nevertheless, her time away from the company would be short, as, after Triple H took over creative and talent relations, one of his first actions would be to re-sign the Kiwis and unite her with Bayley and Iyo Sky to form Damage CTRL.
