Former Miss Indiana USA Alexis Lete made headlines on Thursday when she claimed on a podcast that Elayna Black, better known as Cora Jade, had bullied her when they were both training at the WWE Performance Center. However, it appears Black isn’t prepared to have her reputation ruined, as after tweeting “Blunt to a fault sometimes? Yes. But bullying is crazy,” she has shared a screenshot indicating she has called her lawyer.
In May, WWE released Black, which shocked pro wrestling fans as she built up a significant fanbase in NXT. Still, her in-ring career had been derailed several times due to injury, which led some fans to suspect that this played a part in WWE’s decision to end her contract early. And while she has since worked on some indie shows, at the moment she is taking a break from the ring, having revealed on social media she has been dealing with mental health difficulties.
