Brock Lesnar Reportedly Being Downplayed Going Forward After Being Removed From WWE Game

Brock Lesnar’s name has forever been tarnished after he was implicated in Janel Grant’s shocking Vince McMahon lawsuit. Allegedly, McMahon used Grant as a bargaining chip in contract negotiations with Lesnar, and the star almost met up with her for a “play date.” And now, after players of WWE’s 2K Supercard game noticed that he has been removed from the game, PWInsider.com has reported that from now on, Lesnar will be downplayed by 2K and potentially other licenses.

“Going forward, PWInsider.com has been told by sources familiar to the matter that we should expect to see Lesnar downplayed (if not outright removed as he was in the Supercard game) as much as possible going forward by 2K and potentially other licensees.”

The 46-year-old former UFC star returned to WWE in 2012, having previously quit the company almost a decade earlier. Since then, he was established as one of the company’s top stars ever, despite only wrestling part-time. Yet, there now seems to be a genuine possibility that his time with WWE could be over after he was pulled from the Royal Rumble and his planned matches at Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 40 were canceled.
