Former AEW wrestler Bobby Fish made it very clear he wasn’t a fan of CM Punk when he challenged him to a shoot fight earlier this week. And with it currently being open season on the former AEW World Champion following his backstage altercation with The Elite, Fish has since doubled down on his criticism. As in an interview with Steve Fall of NBC Sports, he would discuss their Dynamite match from October last year, which did raise eyebrows after Fish kicked out a fraction of a second after the three was counted. Initially telling the host that Punk “was a c*nt” before criticizing him for using KENTA’s finishing move without permission, describing it as “f*cked up.”

Interestingly enough, there was a little whatever in the match we had, and Phil was, after the match, Phil was a c*nt. Frankly, as a martial artist, I went out and laid my shoulders down for you. Bobby FishThere’s certainly no love lost between these former colleagues, and Fish has joined the seemingly endless list of those who have heat with the failed UFC fighter. Punk, though, appears to be well aware he rubs people the wrong way with his abrasive personality, and regarding accusations of him stealing the G2S from KENTA, he has no issues acknowledging it. Nevertheless, that doesn’t make it right, and after seeing quotes from Fish’s interview, the Japanese star would tweet, “You are 100% right.“
