Earlier this week, Blink-182 cut their set short at a show in Milwaukee due to singer/guitarist Tom DeLonge feeling under the weather. “Shout out to Tom for powering through the show and mad props to Mark for stepping up to the plate and adding a bunch of songs he sings on the spot,” one fan wrote about the concert. Setlist.fm reported that DeLonge apologized to the audience at the end of the night.
On Friday, Blink 182 canceled their weekend shows in Kansas City and St. Louis, presumably due to DeLonge being sick. “Unfortunately due to illness we are unable to make it to Kansas City and St. Louis,” the band wrote via social media. “If you purchased through Ticketmaster, refunds will be issued automatically. If you purchased from a third-party reseller (Stubhub, Seatgeek, VividSeats etc.), please reach out to your point of purchase. We are so sorry and hope to see you next time.”
Blink 182 is next scheduled to play Monday in Detroit and Tuesday in Columbus.
