Six months ago, Alexa Bliss and her husband, Ryan Cabrera, announced via a joint Instagram post that the WWE star had given birth to a baby girl they were naming Hendrix Rouge. The name Hendrix comes from the famous musician, and Rouge is believed to be a tribute to Bray Wyatt. This is because rouge is the French word for red and was supposedly chosen because of the Wyatt promo where he would say, “I am the color red, in a world of black and white.”
Since then, Bliss has regularly posted photos of her precious daughter on social media, although she has kept specific details sparse, clearly wanting to maintain her family’s privacy. However, after sharing a video of Hendrix wearing a helmet, she has now informed fans that she was born with torticollis, which is where the head is constantly tuned to one side and is subsequently causing plagiocephaly, also known as flat head syndrome. Typically, helmet treatment lasts three months, although surgery may be needed if unsuccessful.
32-year-old Bliss last wrestled at the 2023 Royal Rumble, going on hiatus shortly afterward due to her pregnancy. Nevertheless, there has recently been speculation she could be set to make her return to the ring as part of Uncle Howdy’s new stable, given her past on-screen association with Bray Wyatt. Yet, given her daughter’s current health status, that doesn’t appear very likely.
