AEW Talent Returns At ROH Taping

While Ring of Honor has its own roster, outside talents, and AEW performers will regularly feature during their shows. And now, following their latest taping in Connecticut, it has been confirmed by those in attendance that Anthony Ogogo has made his ROH debut, having not wrestled for AEW in over a year. The British boxer would face off against Pat Buck, who works as the Vice President of Talent Development and as a coach.

Ogogo signed with AEW back in 2019 and looked set for big things, given his Olympic pedigree. However, things didn’t pan out for him since his much-maligned feud with Cody Rhodes. Since then, he has only completed sporadically, with his last match for the promotion taking place in November 2022 on AEW Dark. Still, with it previously reported that he signed a contract extension in late 2022 or early 2023, which will keep him with the company until 2025, ROH could be his new home.
