41-Year-Old Wrestling Fan Arrested After Leaving Note At WWE Star’s Home

In disturbing news, The Independent has reported that 41-year-old Shawn Chan of Ontario, Canada, was arrested earlier this month after visiting Liv Morgan’s Florida home. According to the report, the seemingly obsessed fan loitered outside her home for two hours, was in possession of air rifle, and even attempted to open the front door. Only departing after leaving a note that read, “I came here to pay just a friendly visit,” and included his contact information.

Subsequently, Chan was arrested at the WWE Performance Center a few days later, where Morgan was in attendance, and it was discovered he had two mysterious bottles in his possession. Currently, he is being held at the Pasco County Detention Center and now potentially faces five years in prison, having been charged with interstate domestic violence.

Unfortunately, Morgan isn’t the first wrestler to have to deal with unwanted fan attention, with former WWE talent Sonya Deville infamously having a terrifying situation with a stalker five years ago. This saw Phillip A. Thomas II was actually arrested inside her house while possessing a knife, duct tape, and mace.

And while most assumed Thomas would spend a very long time behind bars, he initially avoided prison after two doctors deemed him mentally incompetent to stand trial. Instead, the troubled fan was committed to the Florida State Hospital, although since then, he has been sentenced to 15 years behind bars.
