Pro wrestling has been filled with terrible news stories lately, which have left the business looking awful. However, there is finally some good news to report, as WWE star Sonya Deville has tied the knot with fitness model Toni Cassano following a year-long engagement. According to Deville’s Instagram post, the loved-up brides were married in front of 140 of their closest friends and friends in New Jersey, with television presenter Maria Menounos even officiating the ceremony.
30-year-old Deville, real name Daria Berenato, broke into the wrestling industry via Tough Enough in 2015 and has since established herself as a versatile performer in the ring and behind the mic. However, at present, she is sidelined through injury, having torn her ACL six months ago. And while she isn’t expected to return anytime soon, it is understood her recovery is going well.
