Last year, a court case was levied against Guns ā€™Nā€™ Roses singer Axl Rose. Former Penthouse model Sheila KennedyĀ detailed the incident in question in her book, ā€œLook Away,ā€ in 2016, and in late 2023 she filed a lawsuit against the frontman for assault over an alleged altercation that took place in 1989.Ā

In short, Kennedy alleged that Rose dragged her by her hair to a bed in his hotel room and assaulted her.Ā  Earlier this week, it was reported that the lawsuit had been settled. “As I have from the beginning, I deny the allegations. There was no assault,” theĀ Guns N’ RosesĀ lead singer told Fox News Digital.Ā

His attorney added: “Mr. Rose has suffered greatly from this lawsuit, and I am pleased that he will now be able to move on with his life.”

His attorneys previously said: “Simply put, this incident never happened. Notably, these fictional claims were filed the day before the New York State filing deadline expires. Though he doesnā€™t deny the possibility of a fan photo taken in passing, Mr. Rose has no recollection of ever meeting or speaking to the Plaintiff.ā€
