Last year, a court case was levied against Guns ’N’ Roses singer Axl Rose. Former Penthouse model Sheila Kennedy detailed the incident in question in her book, “Look Away,” in 2016, and in late 2023 she filed a lawsuit against the frontman for assault over an alleged altercation that took place in 1989.
In short, Kennedy alleged that Rose dragged her by her hair to a bed in his hotel room and assaulted her. Earlier this week, it was reported that the lawsuit had been settled. “As I have from the beginning, I deny the allegations. There was no assault,” the Guns N’ Roses lead singer told Fox News Digital.
His attorney added: “Mr. Rose has suffered greatly from this lawsuit, and I am pleased that he will now be able to move on with his life.”
His attorneys previously said: “Simply put, this incident never happened. Notably, these fictional claims were filed the day before the New York State filing deadline expires. Though he doesn’t deny the possibility of a fan photo taken in passing, Mr. Rose has no recollection of ever meeting or speaking to the Plaintiff.”
