Khan stated that he was eager to participate once the company became available, with it recently revealed he submitted a $6.9 billion offer, noting that letting the opportunity pass would have left him with lasting regrets, while expressing respect for the confidential process that ultimately resulted in WWE’s merger with Endeavor to create TKO Group Holdings.
“I was very interested in the process, and if there was going to be a sale, I at least wanted to have a chance to be involved. If it had gone for any less than that, I would have really kicked myself.
