Late last year, TNA’s Steph De Lander underwent both neck and breast reduction surgery, seemingly having decided to have both operations close together to reduce her time sidelined from the ring. And now, having continued to post photos that show off her post-surgery breast reduction scars, she has taken to X to share another photo which displays her imperfections to point out that most of what you see online has been airbrushed.
28-year-old De Lander broke into the business in her home country before signing with WWE and becoming known as Persia Pirotta in NXT. Yet her run in WWE’s development brand was far shorter than anyone expected, with her release coming just over a year after moving to the States. Still, she didn’t let this dampen her spirits and has continued chasing her pro wrestling dream by working for AEW, MLW, GCW, and, most prominently, TNA, where she is currently signed but hasn’t wrestled for almost a year.
