Stephanie & Vince McMahon Reportedly Had Issues Working Together

Just eight months ago, Stephanie McMahon took to social media to proclaim she was taking a leave of absence from WWE. It was presumed that with Triple H having had his health scare, she wanted time away to be with him and their three daughters, with money not being an issue. However, she would return to be co-CEO a month later, alongside Nick Khan, following the Wall Street Journal’s exposure of her father Vince McMahon’s sordid past hush money payments.

Now though, just days after her resignation from the company following her father’s return, it’s been reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that things weren’t smooth when she worked with her father, and it was Khan that worked as a buffer between both her and Triple H. Additionally, sourced from Axios, it was noted that both herself and Triple H are against the much-spoken-about sale.

It was also conceded that she and Vince did have issues in working together as family members and how Khan was a buffer who kept things smooth between them as well as between Vince and Levesque. Axios reported that Stephanie McMahon and Levesque opposed selling the company.
