Dos Caras is one of the most famous luchadors of all time, having wrestled for 50-plus years; however, to modern-day fans, he is best known as Alberto Del Rio’s father. And now, he has shockingly made headlines in Mexico for all the wrong reasons after his ex-wife accused him of spousal abuse.
According to the 39-year-old victim, the legendary luchador beat her, made her kiss his feet, and threatened to harm a family member if she broke up with him. Additionally, it’s alleged that his youngest son, El Hijo de Dos Caras (not Del Rio), also tried to throw acid on her.
Worryingly, Telediario’s newscast states that after she went to the authorities, she was told her complaint wasn’t a priority, and thus, she has gone public because she fears for her life. However, it should be noted that @luchablog has subsequently reported that the 73-year-old, who is the younger brother of WWE Hall of Famer Mil Máscaras, swears he is innocent and intends to hold a press conference to prove it.
