Karrion Kross and Scarlett departed WWE two months ago, which surprised many at the time, as they’d recently been featured on television and were beginning to build up a following online. Apparently, WWE offered Kross a new contract, which they were unwilling to negotiate over, and didn’t even speak to Scarlett, wanting her husband to put pen to paper before making her an offer. And now, during an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Scarlett has discussed this, calling it “a massive red flag” and “misogynistic.“
34-year-old Scarlett broke into the business via the Chicago indie scene in 2012, which led her to ROH the following year. Thanks to this, she began to gain fan attention and subsequently made appearances for both Impact Wrestling and WWE. Eventually, she would end up working for both companies on a full-time basis alongside her future husband, Kross. And while some have suggested the duo could return to Impact Wrestling, now renamed TNA, their previous run with the promotion ended on bad terms, although those in power have since moved on.
