Almost as soon as news broke that WWE had released Cendric Alexander, fans began to speculate that he would end up in AEW as part of the Hurt Syndicate. Yet while that could still happen, Alexander has now made his TNA debut as part of an angle with Mustafa Ali, setting up a future match.
And now seemingly confirming he is in TNA for the long haul, the former Raw Tag Team Champion has taken to X to declare the promotion “Total Nonstop Alexander!!“
35-year-old Alexander broke into the business in 2009 and was an ROH regular within two years. From there, he became part of WWE’s reestablished cruiserweight division, and while many of the talents given this clarification would have short and uneventful runs, Alexander would end up as part of The Hurt Business. Alongside MVP, Bobby Lashley, and Shelton Benjamin, he would subsequently become a prominent part of WWE television during the Thunderdome era, with many fans considering the stable a highlight of the time.
