Orange Cassidy appears to be headed for another chapter in his feud with AEW World Champion Jon Moxley. AEW Dynamite will make a stop in Cleveland, Ohio on Oct. 30, and Cassidy talked with Web Is Jericho writer and Youngstown Studio’s B.J. Lisko ahead of the show about the feud, his origins in wrestling, coming up with the “Kicks of Doom” and much more.

Cassidy also was asked how he’s able to tune out the criticism that ultimately comes with the profession. “It is not this easy, but it is,” he said. “You just don’t look at it. You just don’t read it. You just don’t engage it. That is very hard for some people, because it is that instant gratification or instant feedback that we all crave. I think that’s the great thing about professional wrestling, and I think it has its flaws, too. We do as professional wrestlers have the opportunity to hear the fans in real time and make adjustments.”

Cassidy continued: “I think as a fan, that’s incredible. Going to an AEW show, if you boo or cheer or react in a certain way, we adjust. If you’re cheering for me to get up, I’ll get up. As a professional wrestler, it is a great thing to have. I know if this is working right now.”
