Linkin Park is gearing up to release the 20th anniversary edition of their seminal album, “Meteora.” Set for an April 7 release, the surviving members of the band have revealed that they have been going through their archive of unreleased material to give fans something special for the Limited Edition Super Deluxe Box Set of the album.

Last week, the band put out a new video for the previously unreleased song “Lost.” Mike Shinoda commented on the release: “Finding this track was like finding a favorite photo you had forgotten you’d taken, like it was waiting for the right moment to reveal itself. For years, fans have been asking us to release something with Chester’s voice, and I’m thrilled we’ve been able to make that happen in such a special way. I think they’re going to be floored when they hear and see all the incredible unreleased songs and video footage in METEORA|20.”

The band also detailed everything that’s coming in the 20th anniversary release which includes:

• A total of six previously unreleased songs, including “Lost,” along with demos, b-sides, live shows, and never-before-seen behind-the-scenes footage.
• Five LPs, including Meteora, Live in Texas for the first time on vinyl and the previously unreleased Live in Nottingham 2003
• Four CDs – Meteora, LPU Rarities 2.0, Live Rarities 2003-2004, and Lost Demos
• Three DVDs, including the previously unreleased The Making of Meteora/The Art of Meteora/Work In Progress, Veterans Stadium (2003), Live in Seoul (2003), Live In Manila (2004), and Live in Denver – Projekt Revolution 2004.
• A 40-page book, 36” x 24” poster, litho, sticker sheet, stencil, and hi-res download card.

Linkin Park will also release a Deluxe Vinyl Box Set that features the previously listed LPs and CDs. They will also be available as standalone releases, and everything is currently available for preorder.
