Fred Durst has long been known for his baggy clothes and his trademark red cap. However, he now has a totally new look which he first revealed on his Instagram and then when he performed at Metro in Chicago, Illinois, on Thursday. You can view this in a fan-recorded video below.

While Durst has become the subject of ridicule over the years, it should be recognized that he was the face of the nu-metal, and in the late 90s and early 2000s, Limp Bizkit sold 40 million records. The band hasn’t been in the spotlight recently, with their last studio album being released in 2011.

However, Wes Borland, the guitarist and backing vocalist of the band, has recently revealed that they’ve been working on a new album and have 35 songs recorded instrumentally. The delay, though, is that after seven times in the studio, Durst isn’t happy with his vocals. Due to him being a well-known perfectionist, it appears there will be no new album until he is.
