Jon Huber’s Widow Honors Him With Heartfelt Birthday Tribute

Jon Huber, who is better known by the names Luke Harper in WWE and Mr. Brodie Lee in AEW, tragically passed away in 2020 from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, leaving behind a wife and two young sons. And now five years on, his widow, Amanda Huber, has shared an emotional tribute on X for her late husband on what would have been his 46th birthday.

In this, she described making his favorite cheesecake and bagel dogs, expressed deep longing for one more day with him, and noted how their sons, Brodie Jr. and Nolan, embody his drive, humor, smile, and spirit.

Huber began wrestling on the independent circuit in 2003, excelling in promotions such as Chikara, ROH, and JAPW, winning multiple titles in the process. Signed to WWE in 2012, he was put with The Wyatt Family, capturing the NXT and SmackDown Tag Team Championships alongside Erick Rowan and the Intercontinental Championship during a single push.

Later, he would be repackaged alongside Rowan as The Bludgeon Brothers, and together they would win another SmackDown Tag Team Title. However, it became known that he was unhappy in WWE and was released in 2019, opening the door for a short but memorable run as The Dark Order’s Leader, Mr. Brodie Lee.
