Over his storied career, Jim Ross has faced an array of serious health battles with remarkable courage. Living with Bell’s Palsy since 1994, he has endured multiple episodes affecting his facial muscles. The wrestling icon has also overcome skin cancer in 2021, hip cancer surgery in 2024, and colon cancer surgery in 2025. Additional challenges include blood clots, eye surgery, and recent neurological testing. Despite this, Ross continues to embody his trademark resilience and positive outlook.
