Real American Beer, the brand co-founded by the late Hulk Hogan, has announced a major rebrand. The update shared across social media includes a new logo, fresh taglines, and the complete removal of Hogan’s image from standard packaging. And while this is obviously a decision the company behind the beverage is free to make, outrage has erupted online, with wrestling fans calling it a betrayal of the Hulkster’s heavy promotion efforts and vowing to boycott the beer from now on.
The two-time WWE Hall of Famer co-founded Real American Beer in 2024 and participated in many high-profile events promoting it as a patriotic brand to “bring America together one beer at a time.” This would see him make dozens of personal appearances at stores and bars, where he signed autographs, posed for photos, and enthusiastically hyped the beer, often alongside Jimmy Hart. His involvement would then lead to a multi-year WWE partnership, and when he passed away in July, sales reportedly increased, making the rebrand all the more unexpected.
