Three months ago, WWE released over a dozen talents, with former Universal Champion Braun Strowman arguably being the biggest name. According to reports afterward, the belief was that the company didn’t believe his contract was value for the money, and thus the decision was made to let him go for budgetary reasons.
And while in the past Strowman has always been a staunch supporter of WWE, it appears his second release has seen him change his opinion, as in response to a tweet by Karrion Kross about fans chanting for him, he has said management only cares “about nepotism ass kisser’s and there buddies.”

41-year-old Strowman’s initial run in WWE was incredibly memorable, with him sharing a ring with the likes of Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, Goldberg, Bray Wyatt, and even Shane McMahon. However, the 41-year-old wasn’t the same performer when he returned in 2022, and unfortunately missed a great deal of time due to multiple injuries, including one so severe he required neck surgery. Therefore, while he may end up wrestling elsewhere, some fans believe retirement could be the sensible option.
