AEW’s Dustin Rhodes is no stranger to the block button on X.com, and on February 24, 2026, he commented on his latest blocking spree after some fans suggested he should return to WWE to revive his Goldust character. The veteran wrestler seemingly did this out of loyalty towards AEW, going so far as to say, “I would bleed out for them,” while dismissing those who don’t agree with him as haters that need to “#KeepSteppin” off his feed.
“Look, you come at me because you don’t like an answer I give, and you bad mouth me, bye. Blocked! And man is my block button on a roll today. Everyone mad because I am having the best yrs at the end of my career, and that I won’t put up with the BS of your mouth. Its true fans that I love, not the internet IWC people. They are not fans. I love @AEW and would bleed out for them on national television. I speak my mind whether yall like it or not. I am good to my fans and yes, I shouldn’t reply when someone talks something they have no idea about, but like others, I make the mistake of replying. I will do better. I am the Natural Dustin Rhodes and respect is earned not given. So I suggest you haters #KeepSteppin off my feed.” – Dustin Rhodes
Over the years, 56-year-old Rhodes has shown he has no time for those he considers “internet IWC people,” believing they are not genuine fans, and is quick to block those with differing opinions. A recent example of this was when he posted a Veterans Day shoutout honoring service members, which included a photo of Randy Orton, among others. Fans criticized him for including Orton, who received a bad conduct discharge from the Marines in 1999 after going AWOL twice and disobeying orders. Critics argued that Orton shouldn’t be praised in this military context, but Rhodes stood by his decision to include Orton, telling those who disagreed to “STFU” and then blocking them.
