Chris Jericho Shares His Nickname For The Undertaker

With The Undertaker officially retiring at last night’s Survivor Series, numerous wrestlers past and present have been sharing memories and tributes to the living legend. Among them was our very own Chris Jericho, who congratulated The Undertaker. During the video, he’d reveal he calls him “The Fonz of the WWE” due to his coolness and him being the lockerroom leader. He’d also say that it felt like electricity whenever The Undertaker entered the ring against him. You can watch the full video below.

Remarkably, despite being in the WWE for such long periods at the same time, Jericho and The Undertaker never had a long program with each other. They’d actually only face-off three times against each other in singles competition. However, they did share a ring 35 times between 2000 and 2010, with the majority being tag team matches.

For those of you wanting to know more about these matches, they will be covered in Jericho’s upcoming book The Complete List of Jericho, which documents each of his 2,722 matches. It’s available for preorder now at a discounted rate at Jericho30.com and comes with an exclusive audio podcast.
