On Saturday, Chris Jericho and Claudio Castagnoli battled it out for the ROH World Championship at Final Battle. And while the match was excellent and praised by most, some fans have questioned the finish, which saw Jericho tap out after a seemingly never-ending Castagnoli swing. However, Jericho would take exception to one fan question this, calling them “Fuck F*ce” and noting they’ve never experienced the move, so they can’t judge.
While Jericho’s Ring of Honor championship reign was only three months, it certainly elevated the belt’s status, making it a genuine world championship in the eyes of many. It also featured several exceptional matches with former ROH talents, which actually resulted in the signings of Dalton Castle and Bandido, so ultimately the reign will go down as a huge success.
