The latest episode of Talk Is Jericho features a Chris Jericho Q&A live from the recent fifth installment of the AEW star’s Rock & Wrestling Rager At Sea. AEW interviewer RJ City hosts the show which covered a variety of topics including AEW’s first year, AEW’s future, Kenny Omega, Kevin Owens, The List, music and much more.

The topic of retirement was also brought up. The 53-year-old Jericho began his career back in 1990, and he’s earned just about every accolade imaginable over a run that has spanned nearly 35 years. Jericho said he has no plans of retiring from the ring anytime soon.

“AEW really did save my perspective of wrestling and really kind of reinvigorated my career to where I have no interest or reason to retire as of yet because I still enjoy it,” Jericho said. “I still love what I do, and I still feel that I can still do it a high level. I can still have the best match of the night on any given night, not every night, but any given night I can. To me, that means a lot, and you guys all seem to love it and appreciate what we do. My retirement match will be whatever storyline we have when that moment comes, it could be tomorrow, it could be 10 years. I mean, Sting is freaking 65 and he’s retiring in a couple months. I could still have some time left.”
