Following Hulk Hogan’s death, WWE would honor arguably their biggest star ever with ten bell salutes before their television shows as a mark of respect. This saw the current locker room, those who worked with Hogan in the past, and his son Nick appear on camera. However, his daughter Brooke was noticeably absent, which did raise eyebrows. Yet, it has now been disclosed by Brooke on Instagram that WWE surprisingly never actually invited her.

Why WWE didn’t invite Brooke is unclear, although as she has publicly disclosed that she is estranged from her family, it’s possible WWE felt she wouldn’t have accepted. Still, given the circumstances, this was a decision only Brooke should have made, and it has likely left a sour taste in her mouth despite the company going out of its way to pay tribute to her father.
