Last year, Lisa Marie Varon, known best for her time in WWE as Victoria, announced she had signed a legends/nostalgia contract with the company. And now, demonstrating the company is beginning to utilize her likeness, a video has been shared by @WWEGames showing her entering the ring, as she has been added to WWE 2K25 as a downloadable character via the Attitude Era Superstars Pack.
Overall, fan feedback for Varon’s inclusion has been overwhelmingly positive. However, a few fans have voiced their disappointment that she doesn’t have her iconic “All The Things She Said” embrace music, which she used between December 2002 and May 2004. Precisely why 2K opted against using the famous t.A.T.u song isn’t known, although it is most likely due to 2K not wanting to pay for the rights.
Varon broke into the wrestling business in 2000 following a chance meeting with Chyna, who encouraged her to contact WWE. Despite no prior experience, thanks to her look and athletic ability, WWE took a chance on her. However, somewhat embarrassingly, she made her television debut as one of The Godfather’s “hos“.
Still, everyone knew she was capable of doing far more than this, and after spending time at WWE’s then-developmental territories, Power Pro Wrestling, Memphis Championship Wrestling, and Ohio Valley Wrestling, she returned to WWE, immediately feuding with Trish Stratus.
