Becky Lynch was victorious during her Extreme Rules match with Tiffany Stratton at NXT No Mercy On Saturday Night. However, it would later be reported that she had suffered an arm injury requiring 11 stitches, which seemingly occurred during a Spinebuster through a trashcan spot. And now the current NXT Women’s Champion has taken to Instagram to show off her gruesome gash pre-stitches, which can be seen by scrolling through the pictures below.
During last week’s Raw, it was announced that the winner of the No Mercy match would be defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Tegan Nox on October 2nd. Although, considering Lynch’s injury, it wouldn’t be a huge shock if the bout was postponed. Still, given Lynch’s known toughness, it’s just as likely she’ll battle on and put on a top-quality performance on Monday regardless of her condition.
