Yet the storyline stalled amid revelations of a possible year-long non-compete clause, which seemingly invalidated his re-signing with AEW. Still, the popular luchador is free to wrestle abroad and captured the Crash Heavyweight Championship last month.
Nevertheless, according to Dave Meltzer, during Friday’s The Crash’s XIV Aniversario show in Tijuana, Andrade left the venue early due to being “unhappy,” which has led to new claims of unprofessionalism.
