Typically, when someone is removed from AEW’s roster page, it means they are no longer with the promotion, and it’s just been spotted by eagle-eyed fans that this has happened with AEW original Sonny Kiss. Of course, this doesn’t mean 100% that she is no longer working for Tony Khan, but considering she’s only sporadically completed for ROH since AEW Dark ended, it would make sense.
29-year-old Kiss initially made a name for herself in Lucha Underground under the name XO Lishus. Therefore, when Khan was looking for talents in 2019 to launch AEW, Kiss was one of the first signed. She would go on to compete on AEW’s inaugural PPV event, Double or Nothing, and then shortly became a featured performer in the promotion. However, this wouldn’t last, and over time, she became an enhancement talent on Dark and Dark Elevation.
