ACH Rejoins MLW, But Teddy Hart Has Been Released

It’s been an eventful few days for MLW having ACH rejoin the promotion fresh off his WWE release, and then the release of one of their top stars Teddy Hart.

ACH returned to the promotion at last night’s Opera Cup tapings in New York as King Mo’s surprise partner against Kotto Brazil and Jordan Oliver. He has also been announced for the MLW’s TV tapings in Dallas on Saturday, January 11.

It hasn’t been confirmed if ACH has signed a contract with the promotion, but as he has said at other indie shows he has been on that he has no intention to sign with anyone again, it’s likely a per night deal.

The other big announcement coming from MLW was the news they have released Teddy Hart. They would issue a press release that was very to the point, just saying:

“Major League Wrestling has come to terms on the release of Teddy Hart.”

We’ve tried all day to find out the reason, and nobody is talking. It isn’t the first time he has been fired from a promotion, and probably won’t be his last.

There have been rumors going around social media about his friendship with convicted sex offender Chaysn Rance, and the disappearance of Samantha Fiddler back in 2016. She was being training by them to become a wrestler and had dated Hart previously. Hart has stated

This likely has nothing to do with his release, but the timing is interesting. He did lose an indie booking, and then MLW had him drop the MLW title and did not book him for their Opera Cup event.
