Nobody that we’ve spoken to have explicitly been told there’s a hiring freeze, yet it’s a term that constantly emerged.
Fightful SelectWWE hasn’t hired any name talents since 2022, with it understood the Authors of Pain, Brian Cage, Nick Aldis, Killian Dain, and Jay White were all potentially on their radar. And given the rumors of cost-cutting, it now seems that releases are more likely than hirings as things progress.
