Thanks to the internet, several wrestling fans have become quasi-celebrities because they stand out from the rest. One of the most prominent is Michael Corcoran, who became known online as “Brock Lesnar Guy” after famously imitating the former UFC star during his 2012 return to WWE. Subsequntly, Corcoran became a regular feature on WWE television, with fans spotting him frequently in the crowd. However, it now appears those days could be the past, as he has now taken to X to disclose he has been priced out of the best seats due to prices having rocketed over the past twelve years.
With WWE being red hot right now, ticket prices have been creeping up in recent years, and some have accused the company of price gouging. Yet even their most diehard fans were still stunned when WrestleMania 41 prices were confirmed to be between $400 and $15,000, depending on the seat location. And while it certainly looks like WWE is taking advantage of its popularity, two-time WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash recently justified the increase on his podcast by comparing attending WrestleMania to seeing a Taylor Swift concert.
