On last Friday’s SmackDown, Solo Sikoa defeated Sheamus, and following the match, The Bloodline struck his arm several times with a steel chair. Subsequently, in kayfabe, it was announced he had suffered a “non-displaced fracture,” which seemingly indicated he was set for a spell on the sidelines. And now the reason for this has been confirmed, with it reported by PWInsider.com that he is going to be marrying his fiancée Isabella Revilla this weekend. Additionally, it was noted that Drew McIntyre wouldn’t be working the start of WWE’s European tour because he is instead attending the wedding as Sheamus’ best man.
Sheamus’ fiancée noted on her Instagram back in September they’d just collected their marriage license, stating, “my fiancé rarely gets time off,” which is somewhat of an understatement. However, the fact WWE has gone to the effort to write him off television likely guarantees the couple will get at least a few weeks to honeymoon, which considering the years of service Sheamus has under his belt for the company, is clearly merited. And while not much is known about the future Mrs. Revilla-Farrelly, it is believed she began dating Sheamus in 2018, having not been put off by him being 18 years her elder.
