Back in the spring, Motley Crue was forced to postpone a Las Vegas residency due to undisclosed health issues surrounding singer Vince Neil. “To all the Crueheads who were looking forward to seeing us this spring, I’m truly sorry,” Neil said in a statement at the time. “My health is my top priority so I can bring you the awesome shows you deserve, and I can’t wait to return to the stage. Thank you for all the well wishes that keep reaching me. Your support means more than you know.”

On Friday night, Neil made his return to the live stage for the first time in nearly 10 months for a solo show. Neil played seven songs on a bill that also featured Poison frontman Bret Michaels and Ratt singer Stephen Pearcy.

“ Hey, thank you, everybody. It’s good to be here,” Neil said prior to the band playing “Shout At The Devil.” He then seemingly addressed his critics and/or doctors saying, “I haven’t been on stage since almost a year now. I had a medical thing that happened to me, and they said I wouldn’t be back on stage again. I said, ‘F*ck that, man.’ And I’m back and I’m with you guys tonight. And I’m really proud to be here, man.”

Neil’s full set consisted of ”Dr. Feelgood,” “Shout at the Devil,” “Looks That Kill,” “Smokin’ in the Boys Room,” “Kickstart My Heart,” Girls, Girls, Girls” and “Wild Side.”
