Utah Looking At Legal Options To Recover Ted Bundy’s ‘Murder Kit’ From Zak Bagans

The “Ghost Adventures” star Zak Bagans has been steadily adding to his Las Vegas located Haunted Museum recently. He already owns the van of Dr. Jack Kevorkian, a supposedly haunted mirror that belonged to the Captain of the Titanic, and the chair that Michael Jackson’s doctor sat in to pump the singer full of anesthesia drugs.

Bagans purchased Ted Bundy’s glasses for $50,000 earlier this year, and has just vastly increased his Bundy memorabilia by purchasing his “Murder Kit”. The kit disturbingly contains a ski-mask, ice-pick, gloves, a flashlight, orange wire, trash bags, a gym bag, rope and strips of bed sheets.

The problem though is the items he purchased might not have legally belonged to the person he obtained them from. He acquired them from the wife of a former Salt Lake Co. Sheriff’s detective, but legally it appears they belong to the Utah government.

The Utah State Attorney General’s Office is now considering their legal options to repossess the murder kit, and several other documents Bagans purchased relating to the case.

It’s understood Zak has not yet been contacted about this issue, but it could come any day now.
