Update On JoJo Offerman Working For AEW

Prior to this week’s episode of Collision, it was reported by those in attendance that Bray Wyatt’s widowed fiancée and mother to two of his four children, JoJo Offerman, was working as a ring announcer for the company. Still, it wasn’t known at the time if it was a one-off or an official tryout. However, it now appears that she could be set to become All Elite in the future, as according to Fightful Select, she is expected to work for the promotion again, although no specific role or timeframe was confirmed.

“Jojo Offerman made an appearance in AEW, and it might not be the last time we see her …Those that we spoke to in AEW said that she is expected to do more with the company. We weren’t given a specific role, or time frame.”

30-year-old Offerman is the daughter of former baseball player José Offerman and had a unique journey into the pro wrestling business due to her initial involvement coming via the E! reality show Total Divas. From there, she sang the US national anthem at 2013’s SummerSlam, leading to her becoming a ring announcer and pro wrestler. Yet her in-ring career was extremely short, with the highlight being her participation in an elimination match at 2013’s Survivor Series, where she pinned Tamina Snuka.
